About Ability Cook

I am a mother to a cheeky and awesome boy, who happens to have an extra chromosome 21. I have a medical degree and was trained in anaesthesia for a few years and passed the FRCA exam. I also did a MSc in Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering and a PhD in Automatic Control and Systems Engineering. After doing research for over 15 years in various universities and research institutes, I am now developing Android apps for people with disabilities. I believe that many people with learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries can live independently and cook for themselves. That is why I name this blog "Ability Cook". In this blog site, you will find instructions on how to use the app and tips on how to cook safely.
